Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit’s award-wining Rossini’s Italian restaurant is to welcome two veteran chefs from Michelin-starred restaurants this November.
Part of the Fine Dining Lovers Guest Chef series, executive chef Antimo Merone from the one Michelin star restaurant, 8 1/2 Otto Mezzo Bombana in Macao, will delight diners with a la carte and set menus paired with Allegrini wines on November 3 and 4.
The dishes include Hokkaido king crab with fennel emulsion, Amalfi lemon and Oscietra caviar served with Lugana Molin DOC, Lombardia, confit toothfish with zolfino beans, blue mussels, and parsley paired with Braide Alte Grand Cru IGT, Livion, Friuli, and M9 sirloin with charred artichoke and natural jus complemented by Amarone Valpolicella Classico DOCG, Allegrini, Veneto.
From November 14 to 17, chef Alfio Ghezzi from the two Michelin star Locanda Margon in Trento, Italy will offer lunch and dinner a la carte and set menus, paired with Ferrari wine. On November 17, diners can also experience chef Alfio’s exquisite cuisine at an unforgettable Ferrari Wine Dinner.
